Adlai's first lost tooth
The tooth fairy visited us camping yet again. She makes frequent summer camping visits it seems. Adlai was very brave and very proud about the gap to grace his grin.

Heritage Park
The caterpillar ride was by far the most exciting, even after nearly 100 years of being in operation.
The Ferris wheel was pretty impressive in its height and speed.
Just hanging around.

Glenbow Museum
It has been ages since I went to the Glenbow and the kids have never been so we spent the day downtown.
Their favourite sculpture was the moveable one. I loved the horse out of barbed wire and of course the Escher woodcuts.

Feliz
Leaping in the ravine.
Watching ominous looking clouds that thankfully did not deliver hail.
Adlai cuddles with Feliz - the guinea pig we are pet sitting.

Vows on a bridge
We fought off the mosquitos and hiked the Grassi Lakes trail.
Ten and a half years ago Patrick and I got engaged on this little bridge.

The Show Must Go On
Excited about the prospect of Stampeding, the kids don western gear.
I always love the ag buildings and the horses.
The kids tried their hand at milking Bessie.
We learned a surprising amount of information about draft horses and early farming.
