Christmas at Jan's

 Snowmen kisses.

 All the cousins decorated the mini-tree and gathered round the big tree.

Patrick and I took a brief cross-country ski around the Lacombe golf course. It was lovely.

Uncle Ryan, Aunt Billie and Natasha stayed with us for part of the holidays. Kaya and Natasha were proud of their matching shirts.

Our little man donned reindeer antlers and joined in the singing and dancing for his party.

Halloween

 Getting ready to trick or treat.

Maihaa, aka batwoman, sneaks up on Adlai.

Kaya takes it upon herself to create her own list of chores for each day of the week. Setting table, vacuuming, making beds, feeding the dog, cleaning rooms... all the way to going water sliding on the weekends.

After grey skies surrounded Calgary, we headed towards Canmore and enjoyed the beauty of sun breaking through curtains of cloud.
